No plan here unfortunately but the page owner is very knowledgeable about Honley Cemetery & may have a plan. He has transcribed the Burial Book although I do not see a Vasey. You may be able to contact him via rootsweb.

I did have one Tony as have been there looking for graves myself (turned out to be the wrong family but that's by the by  :-[ )

However have just clicked on the saved link and it says "unavailable or has been moved"  :(

If I can find a paper copy which has the section you want will message you  :)

Thankyou. I would really appreciate that. The jacksons i am after are in one grave but the grave yard is apparantly 4 acres. Im no farmer but the needle in the haystack comes to mind.
thanks again,
tony

I live here if you eventually want me to go have a nosey once you have a vicinity to roughly look around I will be going down in the next month or so to do a tidy up for Xmas.... but may I ask are you certain it's the big cemetery? They are graves and a little graveyard across from trinity church and also graves around st Mary's church too.
Just pm me anyway :-)
Edit to add.... also the main big cemetery is actually quite a mess too. When I last went down my friend was nearly in tears because of the overgrowth and damaged graves. I find it very depressing to see such a state myself too :-(

Hi
Does anyone happen to know which way the graves run in Honley cemetery? I have a plot no but can't figure out where it is. Its unmarked I'm afraid and it could be one of two graves I've found.
Thanks
