Newbie that cant access CHAT section

Hello..just struggling a bit at the moment..at the top of my page there is a bar with My Messages Forum etc...the one that says CHAT now has ten messages? How do I unlock? This please..every time I click on it the page asks me to log in which I do but it then throws me out and say I cant access it yet go to main forum?..any help appreciated..thankyou..Bee

It's a chatroom, where you can talk to other people in real time. The number you are seeing is (or at least meant to be) the number of people that are in the chatroom at that time.

I'm not sure why it is throwing you out though.

The number in brackets shows how many people are in the chat room, not the number of messages you have.

I think you need a couple more posts to get into Chat. Reply to this and try again.
