Not sure if there are 2 Fanny Rose Smiths but I have found:

1891 UK census:

1891 England Census:

Household Members:
Name   Age
Henry Smith   39
Fanny R Smith   37
Kate L Smith   9
Alice D Smith   7
Harry L Smith   6
Frank M Smith   4
Reginald Smith   2
Cecil T Smith   8/12

I then believe I have the same Fanny Rose as widow in 1901 & 1911 as a lodging house keeper in New Nunstanton:

1901  census

Household Members:
Name                      Age
Fanny R Smith              44
Edith M Smith                8
Reginald A Smith     12
Martha M Smith             74
Henry J H Tillyard    19

Still there in 1911 with just Edith

I then found a Canada Passenger list:

Name:   Fanny Rose Smith
Gender:   Female
Age:                 55
Birth Year:   abt 1857
Birth Country:   England
Date of Arrival:   Apr 1912
Vessel:   Scotian
Search Ship Database:   Search for the Scotian in the 'Passenger Ships and Images' database
Port of Arrival:   Boston, Massachusetts, USA

Says she is going to her son (a Farmer) to be his housekeeper.

1921 Canada census:

Household Members:
Name                  Age
William George Smith   39   Son  (Farmer)
Fany Rose Smith           66   Mother  widow
Alice Smith           36   daughter
Edith May Smith     26   daughter
Amil Goltz                   22  employee

The only possible problem is that the 1911 Fanny says she had 7 children of which 7 were still alive in 1911 - but if the Fanny Rose Smith on the 1891 census is the same person it looks like she had 8 children (with the son in Canada on the 1921 census and Edith born 1895?
