What a pest.    So annoying, just when you think you have found someone who can help you.

Hello Chris
I joined the Flamank ranks a few days ago.
A fellow Rootschat member (and relative) passed over the info and I have worked back a further three generations to the mid 1700's by checking parish records etc.
Our entry is mentioned in the Heraldic Visitations so I can pin point that for you if that would be a starting point to see where and if we are connected.
As far as I can see it seems quite a modest entry point, but via largely the female line it branches up into the Flamank tree, and of course into other trees, all of which is very interesting.
I have no doubt the other member (and relative!) knows his stuff, but I want to check it out for myself, so exchanging info with you would be a good idea also.
I'm very new to all this, and am a bit shocked that I have had so much info so early on, but it looks (a bit like Indiana Jones) that someone got there before me. :)
