I suppose someone who knows cars could give you a 'not before' date based on the model of car; as for the location !!!       I know RootsChatters are often miracle workers, but I think you are asking a lot in wanting a location !

The gable end of the building with its little extra over (presumably) the door don't look very American. Also a restaurant without a name on it is pretty unamerican as well.
