Lookup Request - John Walton Baptism or Death in Middleton in Teesdale

I am currently trying to locate a baptism or death record for my 7th time great grandfather John Walton which I'm hoping will shed light on who his parents were. He was born roughly around 1703 in Middleton in Teesdale Durham but I haven't been able to verify the year for sure. He married a Jennet Walton in about 1728. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi the marriage was 3rd November 1728 to Jennet Walton Middleton-in-Teesdale, just because the marriage took place here, why do you believe he was also born there?

As possible examples, there were these:-

John Walton 10th October 1703 All Saints, Newcastle Father Jeremiah
John Walton 23rd April 1706 Bishop Middleham Father James occ Labourer Mother Elizabeth

I had believed because of a few family trees of others that were related to me that I had come across had listed his birth place as Middleton, so I had surmised  that was where he had been born. I will look into the two johns that you have mentioned. Thank you for taking the time to help me.

FreeREG has a JOHN Walton Buried 15 April 1781, St Michael, Bishop Middleham, Durham
No age given, abode Durham.

With regards to the 1706 Baptism, JAMES/ELIZABETH Walton, Fathers Ocp Labourer.
They Baptise another Son same Church;
THOMAS Walton, 16 Sept 1711.
