Holdaway - Lewisham, Chessington

Try to locate a marriage for a Stephen L Holdaway 1953-2011 to a Patsy Ann ?  I am told they married in church in Chessington (surrey) area. Marriage would be prior to 1985 when he remarried. I am told he was in his late teens early 20s when he married. Patsy Ann ? lived with her family in Gilders Road Chessington before she married. I am trying to find her maiden name ?

Her first name is a more formal version of what you have; search on his name only and you will find them.

Her name at marriage is included in the index details which you have found.

Click on the page number (2484) and you will see her full first name, middle initial and surname, cross-referenced to her spouse's surname of Holdaway.

Sorry I don't understand - you said you'd found it before?

On FreeBMD, search for a marriage of Stephen Holdaway in 1972.  There is only one result.
