cannot copy/paste in aol mail since windows 10.

Hi, I am no longer able to copy/paste into Aol mail (9.7)

I've been trying to paste a Rootschat post link into an email for a relative but as soon as I try to paste in the link - aol shuts down then restarts.

I tried to find some help thru AoL support but can't because I'm not a paying member - I just have AoL mail.

Has anyone else had/got this problem?

Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried pasting by using the Ctrl V keys (the Control key, and the V key at the same time)?

Unfortunately it's  possibly not compatible with Win10.

Hi Tristan & Jim.

A belated "Thank you"  to you both for your advice here.

Things have settled down a bit now. The control C & V action just would not work/allow me to copy/paste - aol just shut down.

I left it alone for a few days and then used the 'edit' button to copy & paste(which wouldn't work previously either) and it's actually working now, when I use that method. ???

I'm still mystified as to what's going on with the Control C & V action but ' maybe mine is not to reason why' - I'm just grateful that currently I'm able to copy/paste again.
