I am trying to find more about my Great Grandmother, when she was born and died and anything  about the Kilroy family.  Her maiden name was Jane Kilroy and her married name was Jane Stratford.
I know she married my Great Grandfather Thomas Stratford in 1883 in Dublin, was of full age, born Drumgore, Sorabby or Scrabby and her father was John Kilroy a farmer.
From the 1901 census, I am confused if she was  living at House 22 Drumgore,Loughdavin where  she is aged 40 and is living with 2 of her daughters, Cherry and Julia C, but in the 1911 census at Loughdawan,House 16 Drumgore, it said she was aged 65, (so am uncertain if I have the correct person, though the 2 childrens names seem accurate, from my family history).
I have tried everything I know to find  her birth and death details and anything about her parents sisters/brothers and would be very really grateful if you are able to help me.
They had 6 children ( from the 1901 census in Dublin, Thomas was living there with 4 of the children and from the 1911 census Thomas and Jane were living together at Loughdawan with 4, however  I havent been able to trace one of the daughters called Cherrie/Cherry Stratford and if you are able to find out anything about her too, that would be great.
A final member of the Stratford family I haven't been able to find about is one of Thomas and Janes daughters called Kathleen Jane Stratford. I know she was born Dublin 1887 and married a policeman/farmer John Thomas Hunter in 1915, Granard. We have  tried to find out where she lived after her marriage and about her death details with no success, but they bought a farm near Cavan (possibly Dromard abt 1925) and  had 3 children. She died young, i think late 1920s, if you are able to find out  anything about Kathleen Jane too, this would really help us.
Many thanks for all your help, Carole

Thank you aghadowey for the links

Jane's parents were
JOHN who died Mar 30 1890 at Drumgore, Co. Cavan LINK to Will
and CATHERINE who died June 29 1892 at 8 Spencer Street Dublin LINK to Will

The address of Drumgore is confirmed on their church marriage record - LINK

Link to Griffith Valuation showing John KILROY in Drumgore

There is an online family tree showing Jane's parents as James KILBOY and Jane PATTERSON but I do not believe this to be correct
If you look at the Griffiths Valuation there is a James KILBOY in Drumlamman

FTR
I think that this Jane is a cousin as her marriage record shows her father as John
Probate records for John KILROY and his wife also give links to Jane, describing her as daughter and her husband as Thomas.

Thanks Maggsie for your message and information, am pretty certain  Janes first name was  Jane as the 1911 census of Thomas and Jane  has her down as Jane Stratford, also their religion in the census is Church of Ireland, not Roman Catholic. Possibly there may have been  2 John Kilroys and the other John Kilroys daughter Ann, (you thought was Janes first name) may have been a cousin though?  Hope you get this safely, as I found your messages under my earlier posts about the Todds, (in England). Thanks for your help, Carole

So you are looking for C of Ireland ones??
Give a man a record and you feed him for a day.
Teach a man to research, and you feed him for a lifetime.
