There would appear to be a couple of Hacking and Cottam marriages

1885 between William Hacking and a Betsy Ann Cottam Blackburn

1888 John Henry Hacking And Mary Elizabeth Cottam Preston

1907 Richard Pickup Hacking And Elizabeth Cottam Blackburn married at Blackburn Register Office

So it would be a case of trying to find out what children matched to each marriage through possible baptisms or birth certs to see if Your Richard And Elizabeth had any children
