Hi Sem
I am not related at all but helped a friend do her family history a few year back.
Other spelling for this name is Morrallee.
I helped a friend a few years back whose family come from County Durham, Scremeton? and she struggled to find her rellies as the spellings were various,
I have a Henry Morrallee who married a martha Linsley in Newcastle on 31 Jul 1831 to a Martha Linsley. This was his second marriage according to my email to her.
I am going to have to trace my emails.
Her family ended up in Lincolnshire.
I think the name Sharpe was involved as well.
Ill check it out for you.

Just a quick note I have just received an email from ancestry that they have released County Durhan Parish records so you may find something on there. If you let me know who you are looking for still, then Ill take a look.

Could this be Scremerston?  Scremerston was in a detached part of Co Durham until 1844 when it became part of Northumberland.

Hi Sarah,

I have Morrowlee ancestors. Elizabeth Morrowlee married John Burdon, 30 May 1779 in Bishopwearmouth, Durham. Can you connect her to your Durham Moralee family?

Regards,
Chris

Hi,

Can anyone help me with any information or Pictures on Lillian or Lilian Morrlle, who was my nan?
She lived in Buckley, but died about 1984, she was my mum's mum and I was only 4 years old when she died, I would love to build up a sort of portfolio so I can get to know what she was like etc. She was married to my Grandad - Gordon Roberts and My mum is Karen Roberts.  Many Thanks. The reason I'm doing this, is that my mum is an inspiration to me and I would love to know about her mum too!
