Dear Radcliff and aghadowey,

This is my first post on RC and I am absolutely speechless at both of your responses! And... the kindness of the both of you working in concert to help me...  I know that is what this site is all about but it's my first experience and I feel so blessed, truly!  Now, I know what this young man did on board the ships although I hoped to find what eventually happened to him.  Nonetheless, I am so very, very grateful!!

Thank you!

You can see the Boston passenger list for this voyage here - https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:23X2-1K1  You can view the original image of the list, and be sure to click ahead to the 2nd page, as it has additional information.  It says he was going to join his uncle Louis in Brooklyn, New York.

Dear Shellyesq:

Wow!  Although sounding like a child, and I'm not, I SO am delighted to see further information.  John "Jack's" Uncle Louis was MY grandfather!  This story is becoming so alive and so very real thanks to you and the rest of you kind researchers.

May I ask you, and the others, how many ancestry sites do you feel one needs to be on?

Thanks again!

Warmly,
Joan
