Hi,
Who are you looking for?
The Church of Ireland Records are with Catholic records in the site I use.
But, using the names you can use two other sites to find them.
Names and approx. years you are looking for, please.
Maggsie

Hi Maggsie

I am looking for a name which is quite unusual for Ireland - Lanphier (or Lamphier) - they were originally Huguenots who settled in Ireland abt 1660-1680. The specific branch I am interested in are as follows - Birth/Christening of William Henry Lanphier born abt 1771 (father also William mother unk). WH went to Oxford University and never returned to Ireland. When he graduated in 1793 it states his father was William Lanphier Gent of Gorthmacellis (or Gorthmakellis) Co Tiperrary. I also have a record of 2 William Lanphier Snr and Jnr in the 1766 Religious Census of St Patrick's Rock Cashel....I believe the family probably worshipped at St Patrick's Cathedral Church Cashel were I hope to discover bmd records for their family and forebears. I have a record but not sure if the William Lanphier is one of mine who married a Susanna St Morris in 1753 by marriage bond. Any help here would be soooo greatfully accepted ...tracing Irish records is certainly a challenge

Hi Sinann thanks for the heads up on this one....I've now found a couple more marriages too but really struggling with births and deaths and I know the Lanphier's were in the area around Cashel and Thurles in Tipperary between 1660 onwards. They were certainly CofI originally...whilst I have plenty of records after Civil Registration it is the ore Civil Registration where I struggle.
