Hi Peter

What is her birthplace on the census you do have her on?

And where has her exact birthdate come from?

I see that a John Biever, cabinetmaker (father: Matthew, decd), married an Ellen Landers (father: John, decd) in Whitechapel in 1882.

Bachelor & spinster, both of full age.

I wonder whether this is the right John marrying late in life?

There are subsequent records of an Ellen Biever b abt 1841 Ireland who by 1908 was recorded in workhouse records as the widow of John, a cabinetmaker. She spent a lot of time in the workhouses of Stepney and Whitechapel, dying in Mile End in 1914.
