Mother's maiden name on Philip's birth cert is Bragington!  So I was only looking for one person all along.  The Mary I was searching for is the illegitimate Mary Bragington that Ciderdrinker found, her mother later married Thomas Lane.  So on one birth cert she gave her maiden name as that of her stepfather.   Thanks for the help.
