UK Out-Going Passenger Lists - London to NZ

Hi, am trying to find a site that has passenger listings for ships leaving the UK in the early 1900's. The family I am looking for is my husband's grand aunt and her five daughters. They were not emigrating and on their way to the UK they travelled first class and spent a few years in the UK before going back home to Christchurch, NZ. I have their passenger listing for their trip to the UK which took place in 1895 and from what I can work out they were in the UK for at least 5-7 years. Thanks in advance for any help.

Ancestry and FindMyPast both have outgoing passenger lists for that period. It can sometimes be difficult to find people because of errors in transcription or because names aren't always given in full as expected. If you can't find them and would like help just post the details and we'll have a go.

If they were in U.K. for 1901 census they should be listed- have you checked that?

I use FindMyPast free search to find people as you can narrow down the options quite a bit. Only problem might be that from the U.K. they travelled to the Continent then onward (in which case they won't appear in the outgoing lists).

Familysearch has New Zealand Passenger Lists 1839 - 1973 , covering both in and outbound but not necessarily with full coverage - worth checking though :
