Job Richardson b.1846 Southwell, Notts

I'm trying to find marriages for Job Richardson. I have him on all the censuses.
In 1871 his wife is named as Marian with a daughter Mary J
In 1881 his wife is named as Anne with daughter Mary J
In 1891 he appears to be married but is living with his widowed mother
In 1901 his wife is named as Jane, with whom he has 5 children, the first one born in 1891.
The family seems to have lived in Southwell the whole time. Where are the marriages?
In 1871 there is also grandfather John Weldon/Wheeldon. Presumably he is the father of one of the wives. Is it Anne/Marian? I'd be very grateful for help.

John Wheldon, Grandfather was probably Jobs Grandfather not his wifes father.  William Richardson married a Jane Weldon (sic) in June Qtr 1848 registered Southwell.  So did Job use his birth surname when he married?

A possible first marriage:

A Job R Wheldon and a Marian S Fryer appear on the same page of Marriages for Nottingham in December Quarter 1866 Volume 7b page 404.

Married on 16th December, 1866 at St. Marys, Nottingham.  Job Richardson Wheldon age 22 and Marian Somerset Fryer 21.  His father William Richardson and hers Thomas Fryer.  Courtesy of Freereg2.

Strongly suspect that "wife" Jane was Jane Moore the 18 year old servant to Job and Marian in the 1881 census.  On the 1891 census there is a Jane Richardson listed as a  "visitor" to George and Mary Moore in Southwell.  Son John was 6 months old which ties in with the 1901 census.  The 1871 census shows a daughter Jane aged 8 with George and Mary Moore.

Still can`t find their marriage though.
