More of Charlotte McMurray's connection to London-
Northern Whig, 27 Nov.1890: November 23, at 1, Prince's Mansions, London, S.W., the wife Robert Murray of daughter.

Cant see marriage in Ireland- was she English? A Charlotte Ann Thorp married July/Sept.1881 St. George's Hanover Square district and a Robert John McMurray on same page.

Belfast Telegraph, 6 Oct.1881: September 28, St. George’s Church, Hanover Square, London, by the Rev. Charlee E. Greenaida[?], M.A., Robert J. M'Murray, of Hillhall, Lisburn, to Charlotte, elder daughter of the late W. Harvey Thorp, Hadley, Suffolk, England.

have you seen the big book   The Hamilton manuscripts : containing some account of the settlement of the territories of the Upper Clandeboye, Great Ardes, and Dufferin, in the county of Down / by Sir James Hamilton, knight ... ; printed from the original mss. and edited by T.K. Lowry. Belfast : Archer & Sons, [1867]  viii, 166p,cv ; 22 cm.

Some references for Hamilton and McMurray family trees, in the Blackwood Family History manuscript trees Collection in the LinenHall library, Belfast. I should warn you you will be lucky to find your family line as both are popular family names  Visit if you can give them warning helps, if you cant then I suggest you write to them asking them for photocopying estimates only if they think your knowledge relevant and be prepared to pay the extra for post and packing if you are tempted.  the following prepares you but is likely to be out of date   “The Library welcomes all research enquiries, whether made in person, by phone, fax, letter or e-mail. Enquiries from members will be answered free of charge. Visitors from afar, and in particular those engaged in serious research projects, are recommended to make prior contact with the Library to ensure that they receive the best possible service. More complex enquiries should be made by letter, fax, or e-mail. Enquiries of this kind from within the British Isles will normally be answered free of charge, apart from any copying and postage charges. A minimum charge of £2 will normally be made in respect of overseas enquiries. A4 photocopies b&w are 20p.  The Library may be able to assist those with more extensive research requirements on terms subject to negotiation with the Librarian. Contact the Library for further information on info@linenhall.com or Telephone 028 9032 1707. Their address is The Linen Hall Library,17 Donegall Square North, Belfast BT15GB, Northern Ireland, see their website for contact details or use Email:info@linenhall.com.The volume references for
HAMILTON   Volumes 2p172 Rowan, 10p137, 20T, 27 Caddell, 47 Pirrie, 52 Drumadoney a sketch, 85 Australia, 91 {N=Notes, T=Transcript so better version elsewhere
McMURRAY   Volumes 6N, 31  Hoping this is includes new information for you

Ballywalter and HillHall are 25 miles apart one on the east coast of ards peninsula, the other the other side  of southwest Belfast. Which makes me cautious so are you certain the Eleanor McMurray married in Hillhall or Ballywalter is the correct one for the Hamilton marriage.s of Ballywalter   There are church records.PRONI has an online church records listing of surviving records https://www.nidirect.gov.uk/sites/default/files/publications/PRONI-Guide-to-Church-Records.pdf look under Drumbeg see the earliest are Dunmurry closeby

Ros Davies does her own version under her churches heading eg Ist & 2nd Presbyterian church records eg Baptisms from 1824, marriages from 1845; North of Ireland FHS (www.nifs.org) has baptisms 1820-1923 & marriages 1803- 1922. the marriage seems a find if she married in Ballywalter, but its more likely by tradition to be at Drumbeg/ Dunmurry  which has NSP nonsubscribing Presbyterian earliest records

She must have been Charlotte Thorp then....

In my notes Andrew Hamilton was born in Drumbeg in 1783 and died 1863 in Ballywalter. So it is likely that he was living nearer to Hill Hall at the time of his marriage To Eleanor Mcmurray and later moved to Ballywalter ....
