Looking for Thomas William Stephenson Family

My name is Thomas Stephenson. My father was Thomas William Stephenson, born in Newcastle Upon Tyne on 01/04/1906, He was a civil engineer. His father (my grandfather) was Thomas Stephenson who was a railway clerk. My father Thomas William Stephenson used to work for British Aluminum company in Ghana and later lived in 1 Musgrave Terrace Pelaw,  Gateshead before his death in 1966. He told me he has a sister who also have children. I need help to find my cousins and any other family member of my father Thomas William Stephenson.

Have you found him on 1911 census? (sorry look ups for that one aren't allowed) to see if he has a sister there?

Have you got his birth cert to establish his mums maiden name?   Then looked for other births for Stephensons with that maiden name (only shown in index from 1911 though)

Was the alleged sister older or younger?

Have you found a death for the grandfather, and then looked for a Will to see if he names all his children in it?
