Already exploring this family. 

Looking at the parent's parents it's hard to fit the names and locations into the known family, which would be odd given everyone else is a niece or nephew.  That doesn't rule them out.

That Shirley born in Croydon is Shirley A M like her mother.  The M isn't referenced in the Shirley I'm after, but again that doesn't rule her out.  On the trail of whether the A is Ann.

The only safe way is to buy a copy of the 1981 marriage cert.  It will confirm whether she was a spinster/widow/divorcee

It will also give her fathers name which will lead you to her birth surname

I am trying to identify all the people named in the will of Winifred Edith Georgina "Georgie" Lewis nee Larsen as part of documenting the descendants of Georgie's mother Edith Mary Quinn.

I have identified a number of the people named in the will as nephews or nieces of either Georgie or her husband Frederick Lewis. 

Shirley Hales is one of the two people I have not identified.

Hello all. Anthony Hales is my father. Shirley is his second marriage and has no children. Shirley had 3 nephews. Shirley Hales previously Yates is my relative. She was actually a flower girl at my parents wedding in India. Just wanted to know if you were able to locate the records because I have a copy of the family tree.
Also replying to the young lady who said she was Shirley's niece. Can you please let me know the first name of your husband as I am searching for family members. I don't know when this was posted but came on here looking for relatives.
