Where was Hannah Perkins in 1861?

Hannah Perkins (nee Richards) born c 1789 in Nottingham died Sept 1867 aged 78 also in Nottingham.  I can't see any sight of her in the 1861 census.

In 1841 she's at Clare St, Notts aged 46 with husband John
In 1851 she's at St John St, Notts wid aged 62.

Any sighting of her would be great as I am going cross eyed.

But if she was married it would be Perkins as you have Perkins nee Richards, wouldn't it?

Cant see her in the any other census after that.

I will check the Lunacy information out.  Did it state where it was in the UK.  She died and was buried in Nottingham.
