ELIZABETH LINGARD

Elizabeth married John Farmer in 1735 in Lichfield, Staffs.  The only Elizabeth Lingard I have found so far has been from Darlaston baptised 1708 but on Freereg she married Richard Davis in Darlaston 1729.  Any idea's regarding my Elizabeth?

I note that there are quite a number of others born 1708 +/- 5years, in addition to the one in Staffordshire, the are a few in Warwickshire and odd ones spread about, Derbyshire, Cheshire and more than on in London.

Yes I though it was an unusual surname but appears not to be!  Really need to find her fathers name or parish as listed on marriage entry (if it was).

At that time you generally only got who married who, with little or no detail. You could contact Lichfield Archives to check.
Interestingly the ones born in Curdworth, Warwickshire, not too distant from Lichfield, might be worth a look, none married in the County.
