Find My Past Irish records
« on: Sunday 20 March 16 20:09 GMT (UK) »
Evening folks.  I'm attempting to trace my friend's Irish family and have come across a reference to her great grandfather having served 'time' in Mountjoy prison in 1887.  To get to see the image I need to be a Worldwide subscriber.  I have just renewed my annual 'Britain' subscription so was going to go for the 'Pay As You Go' option but want to be sure I can then access this image with Pay As You Go.  Can anyone advise?  The website doesn't make it clear (or am I just being thick  ;D?)

Hi
There is currently an offer on FindMyPast of one month for £1 which gives you a World subscription. However , as you are already a UK subscriber, I'm not sure how it works, whether you get the World sub for a month, then return to your UK sub? There is already a rather long thread on this very offer on this site recently. The code you need if you decide to try, is  1WORLD16
