Jospeh Parkes of Rowley Regis

in Walsall parish population census,

Joseph is age 15. His father is also Joseph (39), mother Jane (31, sister Eliza (10), brother Samuel (2).

Both Josephs' occupation were Pudler.

All (except Samuel) were recorded born in Rowley Regis.

Unable to trace 1861 population census for them.

Unable to trace birth certificate for Joseph Parkes born circa 1856.

Can anyone help?

There is a big gap between Joseph 15 and Samuel 2, which makes me wonder if this Joseph seniors second wife,  there is a marriage in Rowley  Regis in 1864, Joseph Parkes to jane birch,  so jane may not be Joseph's mum, and in 1861 father Joseph may have a different wife, or the familiy may not be together.

A birth on freebmd will be registered in Dudley, Staffordshire.
