Hi, Mary Elizabeth Taylor was born/registered Jan-Mar 1868 in Basford, Nottingham and died in Basford within the same quarter.  Does anyone have access to the Basford parish records, to see if there is a note as to the circumstances, please?

Mary Elizabeth Taylor buried St Leodegarius Church on 10 March 1868 aged 3 weeks abode Basford, cannot find a christening for her.

Yes that's right, at that time they didn't usually put parents names on burial's  but it was up to the vicar or parish clerk if as to what info they put down.

Sorry, but I think I picked up the wrong record when I started this thread.    Does anyone have access to details for the birth of another Mary Elizabeth Taylor, in Nottingham city area, in 1867, please?    It would probably have been towards the end of the year. The only christening I can find is in Kneesall in June 1868, which seems a bit late. I  believe Mary Elizabeth died in 1868.
