Wouldn't worry too much about that Google Book link- what you need is a townland not a hamlet.

Just throwing this in for consideration even though it's not in Roscommon-

Doohamlat townland, Clontibret Parish, Co. Monaghan (Castleblayney Poor Law Union/Registration District)- only about 30 miles from Tandragee.

Perhaps if you post all the other details on the certificate we might be able to pin down the location

I just saw the marriage. I got Eliza ...well Sand... But didn't get very far.

There is a baptism for Basil Joseph Sandys 1880 in Durham Kilbride, Roscommon 
Parents James Sandys and Margaret White Sandys.

There is mention of a Durham House / Derrane House, Kilbride in landed estates.
