The Mary Ann who died in 1907 could be someone who married into the Morral family.

Have you looked for her in 1901 or any preceding censuses?

This one is a possible for that 1907 death, her age varies widely in the preceding censuses:
1901 census living at 4 High Street,  Wellington, Shropshire
Mary Morrall   64  widow, grocer, own account,  born Dawley, Shropshire
Clenrent Morrall   36  son
Winifred Morrall   31
Raymond Morrall   7
Sybil N Morrall   3
RG13    Piece 2562    Folio 32   Page 13

This is a possible for her marriage

Marriages March quarter  1861
Mary Anne Ball  Shiffnal    6a   824
Richard Morrall  Shiffnal    6a   824

with Richard already with several children from wife Hannah in 1851 (possible death in 1853), but in 1861 Mary Ann is age 38, and gets younger every decade.
