At least now you know that they were not 11 when they married!
They were both approx age 24 (burials have them both born c 1791)

I am about to research that 1813 Birth as I am confused about it now.

This William/Frances have another Son WILLIAM Christened 22 Dec 1814 Boston (F/S.Org)

1841 Census has in Boston;
Frances Fox, 60
William Fox, 26, Stone mason

This Frances seems to be buried 1844 age 66 (FreeREG)
Birth c 1778 which fits with a 1806 Marriage
