Not so, the legal age for marriage was 12 for girls and 14 for boys.
Lord Hardwicke's 1753 Marriage Act, made it illegal for those in England under the age of 21 to get married without the consent of their parents or guardians.

Welcome to rootschat Steelman3219.

How do you know they were both aged 11 when they married? Ages are generally not noted in 1815.

Hardwicke's Marriage Act of 1753. Under the Act the information recorded in the register is the Parish, County, and year. the names of the bride and groom, the parishes they were from, the name of the Church, whether the marriage was by banns or licence, the consent of the parents if either of the couple were under the age of 21, the date of the marriage, the signature of the minister, the signatures of the couple and the signatures of the witnesses. Parents and Occupations are not shown, and as Ruskie says ages are not shown either.

Possibly the age of 11 was estimated from baptism dates which are not necessarily close to dates of birth.
Please help me to help you by citing sources for information.

Marriage Records in England and Wales do not show birth dates, so where was this record from?

they were married on December 1813.

You said 1815 in your first post. Is it 1813 or 1815?
