Frankley Marriage 1799

Could someone help me please with a marriage at Frankley on 11 November 1799, by licence, between John Whitehouse (Bachelor from Church Bickenhill) & Sarah Greenhill (Spinster of Frankley parish) ?  (Source: Phillimore Marriage Index). I would like to have transcribed the names of the witnesses, please and if any of them is a frequent witness (church official) to know that. If any difficulty occurs in reading the signatures of witnesses, please just give them your best guess.  Also, which of the parties including witnesses signed and which made mark.
