Who was Strange Barker?

The parish register for Great Snoring in 1610 has the marriage of Thomas Michell and Strange Barker.

There are a few baptisms in Norfolk with the first name Strange (but nothing local, and the surnames don't resemble Barker), and freereg shows Barker baptisms nearby in South Creake and Little Walsingham, but no first names resembling Strange.

I tried to see if there was a marriage between Strange and a Mr Barker who subsequently died, but couldn't find anything.

Do any Rootschatters have any ideas? - I am stuck!
