Burial Lookup: CLEATON, d.1742 - Sundon
« on: Sunday 24 April 16 08:58 BST (UK) »
Hello RootsChat folk,

I was hoping someone would be able to look up a burial record for me: Charlotte CLEATON, died 1742 - in Sundon, Bedfordshire (I think!).

I would be extremely grateful for any help anyone could provide. Thank you!  :)

The Sundon PR transcript has burial on 20 Jan 1741 (as per Beds Notes & Queries)

'My onerebl leady Sondon wif of Welam Cleaton my onurabel lord'
"The Right Hon.ble Lady Charlotte Sundon"

There is also burial of husband on 7 May 1752

"The Right Hon. William Lord Sondon"

There's a number of articles found online about them..... surname most times spelt Clayton
