Firstly if that is not your tree, it would be best to remove the screenshot.
You have already given the details in your first post so that is fine.
However what is not clear, is whether your information is fact or has been taken from that tree without verification.

Your query should start with what you know as Sinann’s post seems to contradict yours.

We are here to help but just need to know where to start.

The screenshot of your family tree doesn't really seem to explain how you arrived at the conclusions or any sources.

A Patt McGreal married 1871 Bridget Gavin but he was a bachelor and his father was Austin not James-

The more searching I do the few results match that family tree

Only Michael McGr*l born 1884 in Ireland is this one but his parents are John McGreal & Kate Walsh-

I'm getting the same results, think you should forget that tree and start with what you know is fact.
Your father/mother's parents would be a good starting point.
