There have been no more publications of the book.

I am currently reading a much more recent book on the same subject and notice that entire paragraphs have been taken from the first book. There is an acknowledgement in the second book to say that information was taken from the library service, the archives, named old newspapers.  :)

I've read before that the 10% limit was a myth. Thanks for clearing that up Guy.
