Whilst selection of names is purely a local matter, convention is to include everyone who died whilst in the Services, whatever the cause.

There's a question as to why she apparently isn't in the CWGC database. Some more information might narrow down the search. Maybe she had left the Services, or was in some peripheral role that didn't count. It could be an omission. The CWGC will add people when presented with appropriate evidence.
