why can't i find these births?

I have a whole family whose births do not appear on FreeBMD or on Family search. Why would they not be on there? It is 4 children from my family. I can give the names in case anyone wants to help me find them.
They are William Kempster born 1864 in stockcross
Elizabeth Kempster Born c1867 Stockcross
Charles H Kempster Born 1870 Newbury
Florence Kempster Born 1872 Speen

I know i have the years of birth already, but i would like to ideally print out their birth records.
Is it possible they have not been transcribed yet?

Hope someone can help
