Possible birth 1917-1919

I am searching for a possible birth between 1917 and 1919 in England.  The father’s name was James Stevens and the mother’s name was Winifred Pitt.  Could someone possibly look up the particulars of the following three births for me?
 
1.   Maurice Stevens born Sep ¼ 1917 in West Ham, mothers surname Pitt
2.   (female) Stevens born Jun ¼ 1918 in West Ham, mothers surname Pitt
3.   Rupert J. Stevens born Mar ¼ in Marylebone, mother's surname Pitt

There is a Stevens/Pitt marriage in 1915 in West Ham district which most probably accounts for the first 2 names you posted and a December 1918 marriage in St George Hanover Squre which may account for the last name.

The couple you mention were married in Croydon, Surrey in December 1918 and there is a possible birth of a son in 1922. if there had been miscarriages or stillbirths between 1918 and 1922, there wouldn't be any records.

FreeBMD have a female Pitt birth in Croydon in March 1915 with mother's maiden name Pitt. Given that this birth seems to predate the marriage it may not have been recorded under Stevens.
