Was Charles Smith Hannah Smith’s brother?

Was Charles Smith Hannah Smith's brother; I have not found him yet?
I hope that I have found the correct father for Hannah Smith.

I believe that her was Thomas Smith who married Anne Brannen (Brannon :-\) 8 Jul 1793 St Swithen Walcot Bath, their daughter Hannah Smith was baptised 23 May 1790 St Swithen.

Hannah Smith married William Pow; tailor; 10 Aug 1819 St Swithen; the witnesses being Charles Smith & Henry Stillman.

EDIT: Hannah Pow died 17 Jun 1862
 was buried 25 Aug 1831 St Swithen
