Our resources page has links to online passenger indexes, each State keeps their own records.

Did Joseph marry Elizabeth in 1881 in Queensland? (Adding that the marriage was at Roma)

Which is the last UK census you can see him on?

In 1851 Joseph is enumerated as being aged 3, but it should be 3 months, born Ipsden, Oxfordshire.

By 1861 his mother Elizabeth had remarried (London 1858) to Barnard DEANE and she had died.  Joseph is with Barnard and extended family living in Berkshire.

In 1871 Barnard has married again but no sign of Joseph anywhere so he has most likely left before 1871.

Locating an immigration record will depend on whether he arrived as an assisted immigrant or paid his own way.  If the latter then you are unlikely to find anything indexed in Queensland and I am not seeing anything at the moment.

Found the marriage cert on a family tree - he was a Labourer which doesn't help at all and he didn't know where he was born.  He says he was born in Berkshire and his father was a Butcher, but that was Barnard's occupation.  Joseph's father John HEATH was a Farmer, but perhaps he was also a Butcher by necessity.

Perhaps the occupations are the wrong way around.  In 1880 Joseph is a Butcher:
