http://www.staffordshirebmd.org.uk/cgi/birthind.cgi

has entries that would fit with the births of Sarah (1859), Abraham (1876), Isaac (1878), John (1882) and Enoch (1884).

(A good non-conformist family, I'd guess!)

I can't see any names that match the children born between Sarah and Abraham - but I have no ida how complete these records are  :-\
Bradbury (Sedgeley, Bilston, Warrington)
Cooper (Sedgeley, Bilston)
Kilner/Kilmer (Leic, Notts)
Greenfield (Liverpool)
Holyland (Anywhere and everywhere, also Holiland Holliland Hollyland)
Pryce/Price (Welshpool, Liverpool)
Rawson (Leicester)
Upton (Desford, Leics)
Partrick (Vera and George, Leicester)
Marshall (Westmorland, Cheshire/Leicester)

She seems to be definitely the Daug of Abraham/Ellen Stanway as in 1891 she is with her Parents and so is Sister Maria 1872 who is with her as Emily Lee 1901 Census.

Banns were read for Abraham Stanway and Ellen Brown at Biddulph botp on 13, 20, 27 may 1855 and a note to say they married may 28th. On 1851 census, it looks like Abraham is son of Joseph and Sarah

added
just found marriage record, confirms 28th May, he was 23, she was 14!, fathers Joseph Stanway (farmer) and Daniel Brown (stonemason) . Abraham's occ was Sand (?) carrier, Ellen's was worker in silk. witnesses Enoch bailey and James Brown

Elizabeth Emily's father was Abraham and his father was Joseph

There is a baptism record at Biddulph for

Elizabeth Shufflebottom d/o Joseph and Sarah. bapt Aug 13 1854, born 16 Feb 1843. In the surname column is Stanway alias Sheratt. Joseph is a farmer.
So is Joseph illegitimate and has the two surnames, and has an illegitimate child with Sarah Shufflebottam (who he married later??).
Berks / Oxon: Eltham, Annetts, Wiltshire (surname not county), Hawkins, Pembroke, Partridge
Dorset / Hants: Derham, Stride, Purkiss, Sibley
Yorkshire: Pottage, Carr, Blackburn, Depledge
Sussex: Goodyer, Christopher, Trevatt
Lanark: Scott (soldier went to Jersey CI)
Jersey: Fowler, Huelin, Scott

Possibly we need OP to confirm what he already has.  We have a variety of surnames - Stanway, Sherratt, Lee and Hitchman, with an option for a number of marriages, plus the forenames of Elizabeth Emily, or the use of just one of them.

Certificates or parish register entries are required to verify authenticity.
Transcriptions and NBI are merely finding aids.  They are NOT a substitute for original record entries.
Remember - "They'll be found when they want to be found" !!!

There is a marriage reg in Leek district Q1 1887 for Joseph Stanway Sherratt, one of the two possible brides is Sarah Shufflebotham.

Possible parents or mother/stepfather to investigate - married long after her birth:

Jane STANWAY married Thomas SHERRATT at St Lawrence, Biddulph, 1893.

Marriage on 25 Dec 1888. Both single. She was daughter of Samuel Stanway and he was son of Thomas Sherratt. Could be distantly related, but don't think they are part of the immediate family.
