Right, Should of included the Lee part, but was looking for info when she was Stanway.
On my Fathers Birth Cert' it said "Elizabeth Emily Hitchman Lee Formerly Stanway".
That's another Question I can't find her LEE Husband anywhere, so Any thing on him would be good!.

Elizabeth Emily S Sherratt married Joe Lee in Leek - civil marriage so you would have to buy the certificate.

She seems to be definitely the Daug of Abraham/Ellen Stanway as in 1891 she is with her Parents and so is Sister Maria 1872 who is with her as Emily Lee 1901 Census.

I'm assuming that you have your grandparents' marriage certificate and that it states that both were widowed.  1911 states that Elizabeth Emily Lee had been previously married for 17 years and Simeon for 20 years.

The certificate should also state her original surname, via the information for her father.

She seems to be definitely the Daug of Abraham/Ellen Stanway as in 1891 she is with her Parents and so is Sister Maria 1872 who is with her as Emily Lee 1901 Census.

Banns were read for Abraham Stanway and Ellen Brown at Biddulph botp on 13, 20, 27 may 1855 and a note to say they married may 28th. On 1851 census, it looks like Abraham is son of Joseph and Sarah

added
just found marriage record, confirms 28th May, he was 23, she was 14!, fathers Joseph Stanway (farmer) and Daniel Brown (stonemason) . Abraham's occ was Sand (?) carrier, Ellen's was worker in silk. witnesses Enoch bailey and James Brown
