4-10-47 WNA - M written on 1939 register

hand written comment on the 1939 register - does anyone know what this means? WNA appears against three women on the same page , but not all. Their married names are also crossed outand alternative name written in, so I assume something to do with either maiden names or re-married ?

WNA is the enumeration code for Somerset. Do this make sense with who you are looking at?

location was Bath, so would be covered by Somerset

There was a marriage registered in Q2 1946 between Lilian A Gray and Eledore G Smith in Bath reg district, that would fit with the date by the initials

And marriage for Lilian J Mardon to Herbert A S West in Q1 1840 Bath district and marriage of Lilian J West to Leslie F Williams in Q4 1949 also Bath district, it looks like the date is not marriage date but date when register updated in Feb 1950.
