lost toolbar firefox

after an update a few days ago I was unable to print any pages from firefox.
Followed instructions found on the web.  Can now print but "toolbar" is missing. It used to be alng top left starting "file" had bookmarks, download, history and others.
Any help to get them back wolul be appreciated.

Go to very top of screen, right click and then tick Menu Bar.
Give a man a record and you feed him for a day.
