No, there is not a website.

but you can write to the Ministry of Defence and request a copy of his records.

Do you know which Naval Base was his home port?

It's a very simple form, my brother managed it all by himself for our father's records - he only got the place of birth wrong, but MOD managed to locate the record, because the name wasn't very common.
Berks / Oxon: Eltham, Annetts, Wiltshire (surname not county), Hawkins, Pembroke, Partridge
Dorset / Hants: Derham, Stride, Purkiss, Sibley
Yorkshire: Pottage, Carr, Blackburn, Depledge
Sussex: Goodyer, Christopher, Trevatt
Lanark: Scott (soldier went to Jersey CI)
Jersey: Fowler, Huelin, Scott

I secured my late father's army record. It is a simple form but it did take some time. There is a large backlog of a high volume of such requests. The MOD did write and warn me it would take time.

Good luck.
Thomas, Davies, Jones, Walters, Daniel in Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion. That should narrow it down a bit!
Vincent: Fressingfield, Suffolk, Stockton & Sunderland.
Murtha/Murtaugh: Dundalk & Sunderland
Ingram: Cairnie by Huntly, Scotland then Abergavenny, Monmouthshire.
Bardouleau: London - in memory of my stepmother Annie Rose née Bardouleau who put up with a lot from me.
