Ancestors of Alexander Fraser born c 1764 died before 1 Nov 1829

Hi am looking for my ancestors and have Alexander Fraser married Janet  born c 1761 -1841
They had 7 children  all born Altfearn Kiltarlity Invernesshire Scotland
Ann 4 Jan 1784,Alexander 20 Nov 1785,Barbara 12 Feb 1788, Malcolm 14 May 1790,Simon 14 Dec 1795 to 17 Aug 1872 , Ann 19 Nov 1797 and Charles 12 Sep 1803
Simon was my great great grandfather and came out to New Zealand.
Cant get parents names of Alexander or Janet or go back any further on this side of the family.
Any help is greatly appreciated
