Is Rootsweb WorldConnect Global Search now closed since Ancestry took it over ?

I keep getting 'Page Unavailable' when trying to get it up.

As a regular user I have found at times 'page not available' message shown.
Clicking onto 'back arrow/refresh page' sorts it out.

I can get onto Rootsweb.ancestry.com  but not WorldConnect, even if I click on it on their homepage, ......
