According to the British History website:

St Peter's in High Street Bloxwich was opened in 1869 on land given by Charles Beech.

Londonfhc website:

Bloxwich, Stafford, England - Church records
Title:   Church records for St. Thomas the Apostle (now St. Peter), Bloxwich, 1805-1929
Authors:   Catholic Church. St. Thomas the Apostle (Bloxwich, Staffordshire)
Film Notes:   St. Thomas the Apostle has been known as St. Peter since 1887.
Includes English translations of some Latin records.

Transcriptions and NBI are merely finding aids.  They are NOT a substitute for original record entries.
