Henry and Hagar Wiltshire are on the 1901 census in Monk Heseldon, Durham :
RG13 4687 64 21

Hagar Brown on the free 1911 index :

https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:X7R3-4B8

Hagar Wiltshire b 1843 d Mar 1923 Easington, Durham 10a 516

Still no sign of William. Have you been able to check the 1911 to see how many children survived and match them with the ones you've traced forward ? If he didn't die early on perhaps he joined the Army or Navy ?

Edit : I see amondg found William in 1901 in Oldham so it's 1891 and 1911 which are missing.

I know he didnt die young as my Dad went to stay with him when he was young himself and he is 80 now.William may have lived in Hemsley or Hornby in Yorkshire by this time.
I am trying to trace the rest of his brothers and sisters one by one .
