Could someone improve this, please?

Could someone remove that annoying spot on my g-grandad's face, please? I'm sure it's easy enough to do, but I make it worse each time!

Vicki ... not a problem on this spot ...

Here is a modified version ... but the image you uploaded is rather small ... you can attach a file up to 300k if my memory serves me ...

Not a problem Vicki ... and I just noticed a small spot on his right side of forehead too ... but will wait for larger image ..

Also just did a minor tweak to the levels (ie. black to white tone and contrast) or should I say white to brown (sepia) ..

You can also have the sepia removed and turn it back to b/w ... Let me know when you upload a larger image ...

Sorry, Gary, I can't seem to find it anywhere. Will have to dig out the old photos and re-scan it. Is this one beyond saving instead? (Just the parts where the photo has been torn, don't worry about the lady's face or the parts that generally look aged.)
