Bakers of Corsham, Wiltshire
« on: Friday 15 July 16 11:48 BST (UK) »
Hi,
I have a Thomas Baker born in Corsham and baptised in Lacock 6 June 1802, son of James and Mary.  James b 1767 is probably son of Phillip Baker and Annamaria Hulbert, but can anyone please tell me who his wife Mary was? Also looking for a birth record for Annamaria, also known as Hannah Hulbert.

Hello. My mother was a Baker and my aunt wrote a book called the Baker bunch. I have attached the burial register at Shalbourne Church for the some 29 members of our Baker Bunch who lay in the churchyard.-my aunts words from her book.

This is entirely speculative but Free Reg has the following entry:-
Marriage. James Baker/Mary Little 13 March 1794. Batheaston. Batheaston is 7 miles down the A4 from Corsham.

I  guess they were probably deceased before 1841 so it is not possible to cross refer.
